STL Vault is a private personal library operated by Chris Chisholm. Contact: chisholm.chris@gmail.com.
With your permission, the app reads Google Drive file and folder metadata and downloads selected STL and laser design files (SVG, DXF, PDF and LightBurn) and ZIP archives to index them. It never edits, moves or deletes your Drive files. Only folders you select are indexed, including their subfolders.
Downloaded models, archive paths, content hashes, thumbnails, tags and organization are stored on the owner's IONOS server. Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. The library requires the owner's password; a secure session cookie keeps you signed in.
Data is used only to browse, organize, preview and download your personal model collection. It is not sold, used for advertising, or supplied to AI training services. Google provides authentication and Drive access; IONOS hosts the application and its persistent data.
Disconnecting removes the app's stored Google tokens. You can also revoke permission in your Google Account. Disconnecting does not erase cached library files. The owner can delete the library's persistent server volume and any backups to erase stored models and metadata.
